Thank you for shopping at Fükitt. We are committed to ensuring a satisfying experience, and we have created this return and refund policy to outline our procedures and conditions for all orders fulfilled through our print-on-demand partner, Printful.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Condition: Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
- Packaging: Items should be returned in the original packaging with tags attached.
- Time Frame: Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Sale Items
- Gift Cards
- Face Masks (for hygiene reasons)
- Custom-made or Personalized Items (including all print-on-demand items, unless defective or damaged)
Return Steps and Procedures

Contact Us First
Email info@fukittclothing.com before returning any items. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if the item is damaged or incorrect. We will verify eligibility and provide detailed return instructions.

Pack the Item Carefully
Place items in their original packaging and include a copy of your packing slip. Seal the package securely. For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was received defective or incorrect.

Share Tracking Information
If possible, email us the tracking number after you’ve shipped the item to help expedite processing.

Return Processing
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets return conditions. If approved, we will process your refund within 10 business days and email you a confirmation once the refund is complete.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. After processing, please allow 1-2 weeks for your bank or credit card provider to complete the transaction.

Reporting Issues

Printful will cover the cost of a replacement or a full refund if they confirm a defect or error. Issues covered include:- Misprinted or Incorrect Items: Wrong size, color, or design.
- Damaged Items: Items damaged during shipping.

We may ask that incorrect items be returned. If so, we will provide return instructions and cover the shipping costs.
Lost Packages

Report Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit, notify us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

No Delivery Confirmation: If tracking does not confirm delivery, Printful will replace the lost item at no additional cost.
- Marked as Delivered: If tracking indicates delivery, but you did not receive the package, please contact the carrier to verify. Reshipment fees may apply if we cannot confirm the package as undelivered.

Unclaimed or Returned Packages

Provide Accurate Address Information
Ensure your shipping address is correct and complete. Packages returned due to an incorrect address or unclaimed status will incur a reshipping fee.

Unclaimed Packages
If an item is returned to Printful’s facility as unclaimed, it will be held for 30 days. After 30 days, unclaimed items are donated to charity.
Additional Terms for Returns

Customer-Initiated Returns: For returns not due to defect or error (e.g., a change of mind), the customer is responsible for all return and reshipment costs. We may accept returns at our discretion, but size exchanges and returns for reasons other than a defect or error will be at the customer’s expense.
- No Restocking for Resale: Returned items are not stocked for future orders to maintain quality and hygiene standards.
Important Note: All orders are fulfilled through Printful, our print-on-demand partner.
This means that returns will likely be processed through Printful’s facility. We will provide the correct return address when you contact us to initiate a return. By placing an order with Fükitt, you agree to this return and refund policy.
