Baltimore Tattoo Arts Convention 2018 [Video]

Baltimore Maryland! We came, we saw, we conquered! It all started with a 3-hour drive at 8:30 a.m.

The ride was fun and easy thanks to our Instagram Live audience giving us music requests. That and coffee were just about the only two things keeping us awake and ready to take on the Baltimore Tattoo Convention!

Day one was off to a rough start considering we kept missing the right turns. That gave us a late setup which kind of sucked, but when the crowd started flowing in, we were ready! The first few hours were really busy. We met so many awesome people!

Day two is where all the fun happens... CINCO DE MAYO! Ricardo ended up being late because we thought it started at 12:00 PM, not 11:00 AM..oops! I came in later than him, but I brought coffee and snacks! Not long after I arrived, I decided to walk around and see what was going on. To my surprise, on the stage, they were throwing knives at some woman! I had to stop and see what that was about...

It turns out, they are a happily married couple and this is his talent! Throwing knives! I can't lie, I was a little on edge watching this, but who wouldn't be?! He eventually popped all the balloons and his woman was safe. THANK GOD. But it was an awesome show to see.

After wandering around getting some footage of all the crazy shenanigans taking place, I wandered outside of the convention to get Ricardo and me some food. Everything was relatively close by so it wasn't much of a walk but definitely a beautiful day to explore. I ended up in Subway and got us some food and drinks!

After the convention, we headed out to the rooftop of the parking garage for some fresh air, we had BEAUTIFUL weather all weekend!

Somehow we ended up doing a risky photoshoot. I sat all the way on the edge of the 7th-floor parking garage and had Ricardo stand behind me and take pictures, I would be lying if I said I wasn't holding on to the edge for dear life, but hey, it made for an awesome picture as well as experience.

Day three is always the most tiring day because of all the excitement from day one and two! It was slower than usual but that didn't stop us from making the best out of it! We met a lot of old friends as well as making a lot more! Tattoo conventions are always something to look forward to because you never know what's going to happen or what you're going to see!

With all that being said, the Baltimore Tattoo Convention was awesome. NEVER a dull moment.

I want to thank everyone who came out and showed us, love!

I hope to see you at the next convention!!

Until next time.....

Cheers,
Angela
