[Video] The Mental Health Benefits of Nature

So many people are experiencing a lot of anxiety about the future, the loneliness from the quarantine and depression from the pandemic and they're not taking advantage of the benefits of being in nature to help prevent these mental issues.

In this episode of Thinking Out Loud Live, we have invited a guest, Morgan Wellinger, who is a strong advocate of spending time in nature to maintain better mental health.

We're going to discuss changing your perspective about the quarantine lifestyle and some healthy activities you can do that can actually help you deal with some of the mental health issues.

This episode was made possible by Start Day One, a non-profit foundation for mental health and suicide prevention, which has a different approach to helping people by proactively reaching out instead of reactively waiting for mental health issues or suicidal tendencies.
