Preventing Mental Health Issues Through Sports

In this episode of Thinking Out Loud Live, we've invited Jon Torine to discuss how sports can help prevent mental health issues by developing a strong character during childhood.

Jon’s professional career began with the Buffalo Bills in 1995 as an assistant strength and conditioning coach. From there he moved on to Indianapolis where he was the head strength and conditioning coach for the Indianapolis Colts from 1998-2012, the youngest to be hired in that role that culminated with a world championship in Super Bowl XLI.

Jon Torine’s vision is grounded in being able to impact and empower others so that they may grow into the best version of themselves. Whether in athletics, physical education, or recreation he embraces the process of coaching, personal development, and systematic strategies.
