In this episode of Thinking Out Loud Live, we invited Kane Patterson to discuss how he changed the fate of his life from almost dying in the streets as a drug addict to a motivational fitness trainer helping other people.

He was born into a family that was broken and torn apart by drugs and crime. His mother was a heroin addict and couldn't look after us kids properly and they were put into the system multiple times.

In my teens, I developed my own drug habit that consumed 10 years of his life with stages of homelessness.

Then I committed to changing my life or die alone in the streets. Currently, he is helping people as a personal trainer, online body transformation coach, and metabolic nutritionist.
