Enhancing Mental Wellness with Conscious Consistent Choices
Thinking Out Loud Live | Episode 22
In this episode of Thinking Out Loud Live, we invited Laura Saltman to discuss how you can enhance your mental wellness by implementing conscious and consistent choices.
Laura began her career in television and is an Emmy-nominated producer and correspondent who has worked for shows like Access Hollywood, E! News, Today, and On-Air with Ryan Seacrest. She has also appeared as a correspondent on Lifetime TV for Designing Spaces and The Balancing Act.

Laura turned to a spiritual life coach who helped turn her life around and manage her grief, anxiety, and depression. Since then she has trained with spiritual life coaches, reiki masters, clairvoyants, mediums, and meditation gurus all over the country.
Today, she is a mindful, metaphysical, and meditation instructor who has written four books on spiritual laws and principles. She is a host on Well World TV, a network dedicated to inspiring everyone to live a conscious life mind/body and soul.
