In the video, they ask people about someone who was really influential in their lives, somebody who did something amazing or important for them and to write something about them. Then they told them to call them and tell them everything they wrote about them. After they have conducted their tests, they realized that people who expressed their gratitude to that special someone increased their overall happiness.
